Rooted Youth
Planting seeds of faith and courage
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. Rooted Youth is my heart and ministry — a place where I personally mentor and encourage teens to grow deeper in their faith, stronger in their character, and more confident in who God created them to be.
Through one-on-one online coaching, I walk with students ages 10–18 as they navigate friendships, school pressures, identity, responsibility, and their daily relationship with Jesus.
Rooted Youth is a safe, supportive, Christ-centered space where your teen can ask questions, learn Biblical truths, set goals, and develop habits that keep them grounded. Each session blends Scripture, real conversation, and practical guidance to help them feel steady and rooted, even when life gets challenging.
If your teen needs spiritual encouragement, accountability, or simply a caring Christian adult in their corner, I’m here to walk alongside them every step of the way.
Together, we’ll plant seeds that grow into lifelong faith. 🌿

About
🌿 About Me
Hi, I’m Hannah — the heart behind Rooted Youth. I’m a wife, a mom of three, and a teacher who has spent years investing in the next generation. I began my teaching journey in Pre-K and now teach 5th grade, which has given me a deep understanding of how kids grow, think, struggle, and thrive at different stages.
Working with students every day has shown me just how much they need encouragement, guidance, and a safe place to talk about life and faith. That’s why I created Rooted Youth — to give teens a steady, Christ-centered mentor who will walk with them through the challenges of growing up in today’s world.
My passion is helping young people discover who they are in Christ, build strong character, make wise choices, and develop habits that will keep them rooted for life. Whether your teen needs accountability, spiritual guidance, or simply someone to listen and speak truth in love, I’m here with an open Bible and an open heart.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I would be honored to partner with your family and invest in your teen’s spiritual and personal growth.
